On Thursday, September 20, OPN held its first ever Lunch at Vics, Vics being Victorians’ Midnight Café near the corner of Neil and 5th Avenues in Columbus. We had around 20 attendees consisting of old friends and a few new faces. Six students from Thomas Worthington High School also joined us after reading about the event on the Internet and receiving permission from their teacher to attend and observe. The students had the privilege of quizzing one of THE gurus of cannabis, Athens attorney Don Wirtshafter. The rapport was lively and informative and the food was excellent as always. Many thanks to staff at Vics -- especially Connie Harris -- for providing great service in an eclectic atmosphere. Look for many similar get-togethers in the future!
