Medical marijuana patient/prisoner, Randy Brush, was released to a halfway
house in Cleveland on February 7, 2007.
He made a brief appearance at the Ohio Statehouse that day, which was also
a Lobby Day for OPAN. Brush looked very good considering his ordeal. He has
many stories to tell, which may culminate into a very good book about his experiences.
Brush will likely remain at the halfway house for 120 days and on probation
