Directions: Westerville is suburb located on the northeast corner of Columbus' Outerbelt, I-270. The Westerville Library stands not far from the center of this one-time small town on its main north/south thoroughfare, State Street (aka Rt. 3). State Street's exit on I-270 is the second one exit east of I-270's intersection with I-71 on the north side of Columbus. From I-70 on the east side of Columbus, Westerville is accessed by going north on I-270 to the State Street exit. After exiting I-270 at the State Street/Rt. 3 exit, go north on State Street away from Columbus and into Westerville. You'll pass through about seven traffic lights before hitting the old part where the library is located on the right. Parking in the back of the library is free.
