About the Facilitator

Jean Taddie has been teaching speech, her favorite subject, at the college level since 1998. She currently teaches communications courses at three colleges and universities in northern Ohio. Jean holds a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management and a M.A. in Applied Communications.

Jean is pictured below with her better half, OPN President and multiple sclerosis patient John Precup. They have both been active in the medical marijuana reform movement since January of 1997, when they testified against S.B. 2, which repealed Ohio’s short-lived medical necessity defense.
